Utilizing PremShala’s warm water temple as well as a land group space we will explore through continuum inspired movement\, breath and intimate sharing in an environment of embodied Presence. In this way\, we will open to the full spectrum of stillness and deep listening into an ever unfolding\, inspired journey of Self-referenced expression in the world.
